Very Honest, Knowledgeable I found this guy in Google. So i thought to just give a visit. When I first met him he was very honest and explained things very honestly. So he repaired my 2001BMW 330i with him. For the same repairs other people quoted very high price. He have done in very reasonable price. Most importantly, he showed me the old parts he replaced. Never go to dealer, he quoted me very high price. When i went to the other repairer Progresssive automotives, he never showed me what he have done. I would recommend Bavaria Auto LLC to everyone. One of the most honest mechanics I have met. I own a LR Defender 90 and not always easy to track parts. Douglas (the owner), after making recommendations, allowed me to shop around for parts on my own to get the best deal and bring them in for installation. He provides quality service and is easy going. I highly recommend this shop.

Talked to numerous shops about getting my 2003 Audi repaired, a friend recommended Bavaria Auto. The shop was very well supplied with the equipment to repair my European car. Douglas was very knowledgable. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work, reasonable price and time it took to repair my car. I will definitely go back!

While I’m a bit late leaving this review, I would like people to know that Douglass went above and beyond to save my bacon on Christmas eve of 2020. When the alternator bearings on my Mercedes went out on the morning of Christmas eve, I contacted them 30 minutes before closing to see if they would at least look at it to see if I could make it back home to New York City. Arriving at the shop 10 minutes before closing, Doug looked at it and told me it likely wouldn’t make it, and that it had to be replaced. Although most everything had already closed, he was able to find the part just before the parts store closed, and stayed 2 hours after closing to replace it and get me on my way. What a prince of a guy! The repairs were well done and I’ve had no trouble with it since. I will definitely be back!

Our Tiguan’s engine died 400 miles from home. Lucky for us it was near Bavaria Auto. After a frustrating dance with a local dealer, we found Douglas who was knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. He located a used engine and did a tremendous job on the repair. If we lived in the area we would certainly be loyal customers. We highly recommend Bavaria Auto.

You can’t go wrong with Bavaria Auto Repair! I have had my 2007 BMW 530i serviced and repaired here for 4 years. The service is always fast and efficient and when repairs have been needed they have been top notch with super fair prices. If you have a BMW whether in warranty or out you really need to shop here and you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent work and highly professional/honest. Went out of his way to fix the car, a BMW 2011 128i. Found a problem left from a BMW service shop and fixed it. Cordial and very personable and very reasonable/fair. I plan to use them in the future for all my BMW work.

Kudos and thanks to you for your outstanding service and support during my trip to NOVA. I traveled to Stafford from Florida, traveling in my “old” Saab 95 when it refused to start. I had lived in NOVA in the past and called my former Saab service provider for advice….they could not help but advised me to try Bavaria Auto LLC. Despite a backlog in your shop, you prioritized my problem and quickly diagnosed a bad fuel pump. I was back on the road in less than two days.
Saab’s are orphan-cars now; I would recommend your shop to anyone who needs help keeping their trusted cars going.

Bavaria Motors is an awesome repair shop. I have known Douglas for about 7 years and when he started his own business myself and my daughter went with him. He is the only person I will allow to repair my 1989 Mercedes Benz and my 2004 Nissan Frontier. He has saved me money providing maintenance on both vehicles. I have referred Bavaria to friends and family. There is nothing I would do to assist Douglas in growing his business.

I am a loyal customer of Bavaria Auto, LLC. Douglas is an honest, knowledgeable and helpful businessman. I refuse to go to commercial repair shops because I’ve too often learned after a repair that I’ve been overcharged or the work was substandard and/or the customer service has been awful. I am a disabled Veteran with a servcie dog and many times I have issues entering establishments. Douglas is kind and friendly to me, my service dog and my mother ALWAYS. He goes out of his way to make sure that I’m doing what’s best for my vehicle and my budget. I live 30 miles from his shop and I drive there and rearrange my schedule for my repairs because I know it will be done right and for a fair price and that this man stands behind his work. What do you know? There are still honorable businessmen around!

We took our 2002 Saab convertible to them when no one else could figure out what was wrong with it, they figured it out, and charged reasonable rates. I would totally recommend them to people who have higher end, and not higher end cars!

I recently moved to the area & needed my window repaired quickly. Not knowing or hearing anything about this shop, I drove by, stopped in & spoke with Douglass. Not only did he fix my window the next day, he charged me a very reasonable rate. He was professional, yet personable. I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone. The shop is even open later than the others I stopped by after work. I will take my car here for all my servicing & repairs and I recommend you do the same!

Douglass changed the timing belt, replaced the engine mounts, and repaired valve cover leaks on my Passat. He really delivered. He also showed me how my previous mech had neglected to change two difficult-to-remove spark plugs, showed me the other parts he replaced and explained their failures, explained the reasons I was getting engine codes, took time to teach a few things about maintaining my coolant system, completed it on time and charged me a fair price. He clearly takes pride in his work and treats his customers like family.
